* gnu/packages/patches/quilt-compat-getopt-fix-second-separator.patch:
Rename to...
* gnu/packages/patches/quilt-getopt-second-separator.patch: ... this.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/patchutils.scm (quilt)[source](patches): Likewise.
quilt: Remove test workarounds.
